
Treat your skin and be kind to your waistline at the same time by using all your Christmas choccies to make a nourishing facemask! It’s that time of year when most of us are suffering from chocolate overload, but by making your very own facemask with the dark stuff you’ll give your skin a boost and save on calories.
To make your mask you’ll need one bar of dark chocolate, a cup of milk and 3 tbsp of salt.
Firstly add mix the milk and salt in a bowl. Then melt your chocolate and mix everything together before leaving to cool until room temperature. Once it’s cooled, simply apply to your face, sit back and relax for 15-20 minutes before washing off with tepid water and cleanser. Voila, soft, divine smelling skin! x
